Health questions?
Hello. I have a few health questions.
1. Will the healthy Omega 3 foods like Olive Oil, Walnuts, Almonds, Flaxseed, etc. have the SAME health benefits as Omega 3 fish (such as Salmon), which helps lower cholesterol and prevent cardiac arrythmias, and sudden death, etc.
2. Is Vinegar heart-healthy (like olive oil is), and what health benefits does it provide? Will Vinegar help reduce heart disease?
