Exercise For Weight Loss
Will exercise to lose weight the same every week. (Esp. the first), or it is not much?

I started doing weight + Cadio exercise every three weeks. I lost three pounds in the first two weeks. But then my weight steadied after It is normal? I expect to lose more weight, and when? I work at the gym to the>. 05.01 am every day and plans to do so. Any other tips for losing weight safely thanks!
